Sending you all much love during this difficult time. Michael was an important, influential person in my very early years and then a generation later when I did my undergrad at Western. I have so many fond memories of the Granger house. Your family was always generous in the important ways. Michael and Janice were genuinely interested in what was happening. I was either invited or just showed up for countless homemade meals during my London years. I remember most the pronouncements, observations and many interesting conversations during these visits. There were the comforting words after dad died, direct and genuine. This generosity of time and welcoming home in London was very special and important. It definitely helped shape who I am today. I will miss Michael Robert Granger. He left all too soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Now dad has some good company.... Love, Kersti
