Our deepest condolences to the Dowling families on the passing of our neighbour Bob. We are deeply saddened by the news. The neighbourhood won't be the same. Bob could always be counted on for lengthy discussions and debates on most every subject. His gardens and plants were uniquely crafted and beautiful to watch flourish. We will miss you Bob Harley. Ride on and rest in peace.
