Obituary of John Robert Trimmer
On July 23, 2022 John Robert Trimmer, in his 74th year, was called home to be with his Lord and Saviour, while enjoying life in Holguin, Cuba. John is survived by his two daughters Amanda Benton & Tanya (Ken) Graansma as well as his granddaughters, Maddy, Halle & Brooklynn. John is predeceased by his parents, Howard & Florence 'Babe', and his siblings, Marilyn & Ron.
John will be remembered not only as a loving father and grandfather, but also as an entrepreneur, talented craftsman, avid fisherman and would never pass up a good deal at the grocery store. John was a long-time merchant of downtown London where he and his father owned Howard's Mens Wear. John was a frequent visitor to Cuba, where he was recognized as a humanitarian and was where he shared his love for the ocean, sun, seafood and friends. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A graveside service to Celebrate John's Life will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 303 Riverside Drive, London on Monday, August 22, 2022 at 2:00PM with Pastor Johnny Yeomans officiating.
