Dear Nell, You will have many messages, but I know God will carry you through this very hard time. I remember years ago hearing you speak at the women's group at Sheridan Park Alliance Church in Mississauga, and more recently, just last summer, eating a meal together with a group from St. Andrew's at MBC. Our God is a very present help in time of trouble!

Many years have passed since you and Ted, Alexand Doreen had dinnner with Wally and myself inour home. Were you even married then?I believe in the early 50's. Amazingg to look back and see the ways God has led us, totally unknown to us at that time. Both Ted and you, individually and together have been used of the Lord to impact countless lives for His kingdom. You must be missing Ted terribly, already. I feel for you deeply. I pray for God's strength and guidance and JOY for youduring these days of adjustment.

We were so saddened to hear of your dad's passing. We were up at the cottage when we heard the news from Peter Bloom. Having both lost our fathers we know the path you are walking and share your grief. You and Harrison and Connor and Joelle are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Nell and Family: I have always marvelled how we say that we have a lost a loved one, yet our amazing God only sees His children coming home. Ted was a believer and follower of our Lord and although our hearts are saddened by his death, yet we rejoice, for by God's grace, Ted is in the eternal presence of our God. We are so thankful for the gift of memory, memories to warm and comfort the heart. God bless you all. Peace, Gwen and Jim Sitler

I was saddened to hear of Teds'promotion to glory, but it was short lived. Well done, good and faithful servant. I remember my wife attending Women Alive events in the 80's & 90's. We attended several "Couple's Alive events in Toronto as well. Ted was the father of Christian Men's Ministry in Canada, like Ed Cole was in the USA. I attended many Men Alive Events in the 90's and always appreciated Ted's humble spirit as he called us to be all that God has called us to be. Ted's work is the foundation that many current Men's Ministry efforts are built upon. I'm away on the weekend and will be unable to attend the service. I have every confidence Ted will be well celebrated!

Dear Nell, My heart goes out to you at this sad time. In recent years, I've often wondered how you and Ted were doing and indeed if you were both still in this world. Thanks to a Facebook posting from Roz Grey, I now know about Ted's death. I know you will be strong in the days ahead but can only imagine how much you'll miss him after so many years together. Much love to you. Joan
