With heavy hearts Willow Cecilia Watts was born sleeping August 4, 2018. Loving daughter of Brian and Katie Watts and sister of Sienna and Paislee. Willow will be missed by her proud grandparents Bruce and Janet Gutscher and predeceased by Jane Elizabeth Watts (2013) and Richard Watts.
