Iam deeply saddened at Elsie's death. She and Don were always welcoming when I was their priest in Forest. We visited frequently back then when Don was my churchwarden. I can still hear her laughter. They invited me freqently for supper. I always knew instinctivly I was more than welcome. When she came to London after Don's death we had several happy chats together. She wore her faith with good cheer. She was a sincere friend to many including myself. She never shied away from honesty but with good cheer. I will miss her.
