Obituary of Maria Rosa Rodrigues
Peacefully, at Victoria Hospital, on December 26, 2019, Maria Rosa Rodrigues, age 95, passed away surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 19th 1924 in Faial Da Terra, São Miguel, Azores. Maria has now been reunited with her late husband, Armando Rodrigues who passed away December 27, 2002 and beloved daughter Carminda Franco.
Maria enjoyed family gatherings, baking bread and crocheting blankets, while her hands were rarely still.
Maria will be greatly missed by her loving daughter Fatima Oliveira, son-in-law Dimas Oliveira, grandchildren Nancy, Dale, Brian, Diane, Danny, Luisa, Catarina and Miguel. Great grandchildren Celina, Bryson and Tiago.
Till the day we meet again, may you dance in heaven.
Visitation will be held at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St., London, on Sunday from 4-8pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Justin's Roman Catholic Church, 855 Jalna Blvd, London, on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
