Obituary of Mark Gianpaolo Delconte

Suddenly, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at LHSC, Victoria Hospital, Mark Delconte passed away at the age of 35. Loving son of Paul Delconte (Tina Chaulk) and Kathie Delconte (Ward Marr). Greatly missed by his Nonna Nerina Delconte and his grandmother Kay Anderson. Dear brother of Matthew (Jenn), Erica (Jay), Ryan (Mandy), Fiona (Dave), Jordan and Cody. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family, roommates and friends. Mark will be fondly remembered by his friends at Community Living London and Salvation Army Village for his kind spirit and loving nature. Cremation has taken place. A private family visitation and memorial service will be held. A celebration of Mark's life will take place at a later date. Those who wish may make memorial donations to Community Living London or Salvation Army Village in memory of Mark.
