Obituary of Helen Mary Gorrie (nee MacKenzie)

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Helen Gorrie on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of 60 years to James MacGraw Gorrie. Loving mother of Alan (Bettina) and Christine (Bobbie). Dear grandmother of Anja (Andrej) and Connor. Sister of Cameron (Christine) MacKenzie of Scotland. Forever in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends in Canada, Scotland and Australia. Helen will be fondly remembered for her painting, generosity and volunteer work. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Helen's life will be held at St. George's Presbyterian Church, 1475 Dundas Street, London, Ontario on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Properly worn masks are encouraged.
