Obituary of Gaetano "Guy" Antonio Garagozzo

It is with sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Gaetano "Guy" Garagozzo, on May 25, 2022, at the age of 67. Guy was the proud and beloved father of Lucy (Chris), Riccardo, and Julia, who will maintain his spirited legacy. Nonno will be deeply missed by his precious grandsons Jacob and Ryder, as well as their grandmother, Virginia. His sister in law Carla (the late Joe Garagozzo) and their children Richard (Nicole), and Jessica, will always remember Guy. Also left to mourn are many nieces and nephews of Viginia’s family. Born in Sulmona, Italy, he was predeceased by his parents Riccardo and Lucia Garagozzo. Guy was a long-time member of the Knights of Columbus through St. Justin’s Parish. He had an incredible zest for life, infectious laugh, great sense of humour, and a generous heart. He will be greatly missed by many. Friends and family will be recieved at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St., on Friday, June 3, 2022, from 12-2 pm, with a Celebration of Guy's Life to follow in the Logan Chapel at 2 pm.
