Obituary of Vlasios Sinioris
Peacefully, on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at LHSC, University Hospital, Vlasios Sinioris passed away at the age 91.
Beloved husband of Helene Sinioris (née Vogiatzis). Loving father of Virginia (Nick) Aroutzidis and Elena Elpiniki Sinioris. Dear grandfather of Mary Ellen Aroutzidis-Desormeaux (Kellen Desormeaux), Haritos Aroutzidis and Vlasis Aroutzidis. Great grandfather to Nikolas Aroutzidis-Desormeaux and Elena Josephine Aroutzidis-Desormeaux. Forever in the hearts of many cousins, nieces and nephews in Canada and Greece.
Vlasios loved to travel and will be fondly remembered for his wood working and gardening.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the doctors and staff of Stratford General Hospital and LHSC, University Hospital for all their care and support.
Visitation will be held at Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street, London, Ontario (between Waterloo & Colborne St.), on Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 6-9 p.m. Prayers will be conducted in the Logan Chapel Thursday evening at 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W., London, Ontario on Friday, June 3, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario.
Those who wish may make memorial donations to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, London Health Sciences Foundation or a charity of choice in memory of Mr. Sinioris.
