Sincere condolences to the Robbins family. Rick was a competitive person with a large personality. It was my honour and privilege to know Rick and to compete with him on the ball diamonds in London. He always had a big smile on his face and an even bigger laugh when he was with his buddies.

I have fond memories of Rick going back to our days with the Assessment Office in London. He was a good friend and I am saddened to hear that he eventually lost his battle with cancer. He faced this disease with courage and truly made the maximum use of the time he was able to remain with us. My condolences to his family. Rick was an inspiration to all of us in demonstrating how to remain at peace with himself as he allowed nature to take its course.

Our thoughts are with you Ray, Brandi, and friends and family. We will cherish the many wonderful memories with Rick. He was a kind, genuine, determined man. He was always so proud of his children. Rick refused to let cancer stop him from what he wanted to do in life. We will miss Rick's smile and the conversations at the rink. Ray may your memories help you through this difficult time.
