Uncle Frank. Around you, we all laughed and smile. It was contagious to have fun in your presence. I remember when Nicole was little at grandmas/pa you would often make a cash deal with me to keep an eye on her and keep her safe. A loonie wasnt enough but a toonie sealed the deal. Often a mishap would happen and a small Nicole fall and a cry would mean coming to get you. Jokingly, you would say what am I paying you for lol the humour and authenticity moulded the person I saw in you. Seeing the heath battles you recently endured was heart breaking. Your spirit was always there. You were always in my thoughts. We will connect someday, somehow. Rest at ease knowing Im here always for your family. Love you uncle Frank. Nephew Scott

My deepest condolences on your loss Debra. I always had a deep respect for Frank. He and I worked together during our early years at the Board and later on I was one of the supervisors working with the Board staff. Frank was the type of person who didn't need supervision because he always did what was expected and more. Frank was a class act. I feel your loss Debra. I'm certain Frank is now with our Lord. Warm regards and condolences to you and your family. Dave Couto
