Peacefully at Extendicare Nursing Home, London, on Sunday, May 23, 2004, Ann Adamchuk in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Mark Adamchuk. Dearly loved mother of Frances Shapiro. Dear mother-in-law of Margaret Adamchuk, dear sister of Jean Hnidan. Cherished grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Predeceased by two daughters Muriel, Jean and son Walter. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas Street on Wednesday 2:30-3:30 PM. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, May 26th 2004 at 3:30 PM.
