Obituary of Archie Marcus

Peacefully, with his family at his side, on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, Archie Marcus in his 91st year. Beloved husband of 64 years of Sarah. Dearly loved father of Gerry (Sande), Martin (Esther) and Terry (Carol). Doting Zaidye of 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Survived by his brothers Joe (Dora) and Ben and brother-in-law Joe Fruchtman. As founder of Marcus & Associates Chartered Accountants, he was a respected advisor and friend to countless clients. We cannot give enough thanks to all of the wonderful and caring team at Parkwood Hospital 4B West. Funeral service will be held at Or Shalom Synagogue, 534 Huron Street, on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Or Shalom Cemetery. Shiva will be held at 34 Muskoka Court.
