Obituary of Anna Lucille "Lucy" Corsaut (O'Grady, Towle)
At Victoria Hospital on Sunday, September 25, 2022 Anna Lucille (Lucy) Corsaut (O'Grady, Towle) in her 87th year.
Dear mother of Richard Towle and Charlotte of London, Joan McLaughlin and Brent of Calgary, Alberta. Dear grandmother of fourteen (14) and great-grandmother of seventeen (17). Greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of the late Clifford O'Grady and sister-in-law Rita of London, sister of the late Marjorie and the late Ronald Scrutton of Kingston, the late Angela O'Grady of London, the late Helen and Robert of Kingston, and Edie and the late Dennis Rahn of Kitchener. Cherished and treasured friend of the late Phil Belliveau of London. Special and loving friend of Elizabeth and the late Max Heidel of London.
Always an active lady, Lucy volunteered for the London Middlesex Health Unit and Nortel Pioneers.
Richard, Joan and family would like to thank Dr. Whynot, the nurses, the PSWs and staff of Kensington Village LTC for their care and support. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Palliative Care Unit at Victoria Hospital.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitors will be received at the Moose Lodge, 35 Charterhouse Crescent, London, Ontario from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 21st, 2022.
Interment of ashes in St. Peter's Cemetery, London, Ontario following visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the London Area Food Bank would be appreciated.
