Obituary of Ron Airdrie

Peacefully, at his residence, surrounded by his family on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, Ron Airdrie, formerly of Goderich in his 64th year. Beloved husband of 22 years of Pat Airdrie. Devoted dad of Jason Airdrie. Cherished companion of his beloved dog Molly. Lovingly remembered by sister-in-law Joanie Airdrie and her family of Kitchener. A special thank you to a dear friend Patti-Jo Lavery-Verkley and Esther Fisher. Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Cecilia Airdrie and his brothers Robert and Harry Airdrie. Friends will be received at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Evans chapel on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Prayers will be held in the chapel Thursday evening at 8:30 p.m. Donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-London Chapter or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
