Obituary of Marjorie I. Baker

Peacefully, at St. Joseph's Hospital, on Monday December 13, 2004. Marjorie I. Baker (Tupholme), passed away, at the age of 80 years. Loving wife of Paul B. Baker, for 58 years. Dear mother of Lorean & her husband Art Wakefield, and Vaughan Baker & his wife Tina. Grandmother of Craig, Dwayne, Shawn, Ashley, Tiffany and Tanner. Great-grandmother of Gwendolyn and Brianna. Beloved sister-in-law of Marlene Wise. Predeceased by her parents Lorean & Albert Tupholme, and 2 sisters Kathleen Pepler and Carole Richardson. Marjorie was a member of the Duchess of Kent #263 Legion and was an active baseball pitcher for the London Shamrocks and Supremes. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton) on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Thursday December 16, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. with The Rev. Brian McKay officiating.
