Obituary of Jentje Nellestyn

NELLESTYN, JENTJE (neé Vogelzang, Dedemsvaart, Holland, November 21, 1920) At Victoria Hospital, L.H.S.C., on Friday, February 6, 2009 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Arie Nellestyn (1917-2000), loving mother of Dr. Andrew Nellestyn & his wife Ylona of Oakville, Ralph Nellestyn & Louise Bradshaw of London, Alida & her husband Ivan Viher of Bright's Grove, Gerard Nellestijn & his wife Alice of Salmo, BC, and Jenny Curley (nee Nellestyn) & Walter MacDonald of London. Loving Grandmother of Joseph Viher, Andrea Nellestyn, Nigel Curley and Paul Viher. Also survived by family in Holland. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9th, 2009 from 7 to 9 pm at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Road (1 block east of Egerton). A private funeral will be conducted at which the family will celebrate Jentje's life and the many blessings she so generously, selflessly and kindly bestowed on her family, friends and community. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are invited to donate to the Alzheimer Society of London-Middlesex.
