Obituary of Nellie Feher (nee Hornyak)

In her 80th year with family at her side Nellie Feher passed away at Parkwood Hospital. Predeceased by husband John (2007). Dearly loved mother of Barbara & Bill Laskey of Stratford and John & Joyce Feher of Wallaceburg. Beloved ‘Mama’ of Jennifer & Troy Jenkins and their daughters Emma & Madeline, Katherine & Erin Steadman and their daughter Dixie, Johanna & Warren Stefanick and their son Wyatt and Jessica & Nick Novosad. Born in Alberta, Nellie moved to Ontario with her family in 1945. Predeceased by parents Angyel & Steve Hornyak. Much loved sister of Angyel & Alex Szicsak, Steve Hornyak, Irene & Ron Carruthers. Predeceased by sister-in-law Lorraine Hornyak. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Sunday from 1-3pm. A celebration of Nellie's life will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Evans Chapel.
