Obituary of Thomas Lonsdale

Unexpectedly, at Victoria South Street Campus, London Health Sciences Centre, on Tuesday May 10, 2005. Thomas Lonsdale, in his 64th year, born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Beloved husband of Pearl. Loving father of Wayne Thomas, of Ottawa, Anthony Paul, Geoffrey Iain, & Gregory Alan (his wife Barbara Diane), all of London, and grandfather of Xavier Adrian. Dear brother of Irene, Rita, Ena, Eileen & Elizabeth. Dear friend of John (Richard) Martin & Jack Laverty. Predeceased by daughter Kristina, parents Tommy & Elizabeth, and sisters Maureen & Sally. Tom served for over 16 years in the R.E.M.E. (Royal Electrical Military Engineers), before coming to Canada in 1977. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton) on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at the London First Church of the Nazarene on Friday May 13, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Junior C. Sorzano officiating. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Donations to the First Church of the Nazarene would be appreciated by the family.
