Obituary of Gerrit (Gerry) Smits

Gerrit (Gerry) Smits, formerly of London in his 87th year died peacefully on Friday, April 15, 2005 at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy Ontario. Beloved husband of the late Johanna (Ann) Smits. Dear father of Jerry of Peace River and Cathy and her husband Dave Robinson of London. Grandpa to Lawrence, Donald and Sandra (Dave) of Peace River, Cathy (Sharl), Jennifer (Eddy) of London and Connie (Gary) of St.Thomas. Opa to 7 great-grandchildren and many foster children and predeceased by 2 great grandchildren. Also survived by sister Anne in Holland. As requested by Gerry, there will be no visitation or service.
