Obituary of John Ferguson Kennedy

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of John Kennedy, on June 15, 2019, age 84, after a nine year battle with Alzheimers. He will be deeply missed by his wife Shirley, of 64 years, and his 2 children, John Kennedy (Joan), and Debra Sanford (Rob Vanelslander), his 4 grandchildren John Kennedy (Cassandra Woldenberg), Jessica Kennedy (Jordan Richmond), Angela Sanford, and Nicole Sanford, and 1 great-grandchild, Nora Rose Moore. He also leaves behind his four sisters Phylis McCleod, Virginia Rigney, Leah Malone (Clause Liske), and Jan Fife (Harvey). John was an avid flyer, having built his own airplane, and was a long time member of the Recreational Aircraft Association of Canada. A heartfelt thanks to the exceptional staff of Bobier Villa, Dutton, who took exceptional care of him. As per John’s wishes there will be no Funeral Service.
