Obituary of Karen Julainne Davis

Peacefully, with family by her side on July 3, 2022, Karen Julainne Davis passed away at Victoria Hospital at the age of 79. Predeceased by her parents Sigfred & Hilda Lindell. Predeceased by two husbands Robert Burtz & William "Bill" Davis. Karen was a loving mother of James "Jim" Burtz, the late Robert "Rob" Burtz, Kimberly "Kim" Davis (Ernie) & Thomas "Tom" Davis (Theresa). Karen had the privilege of meeting her estranged children Sue & Larry. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren as well as her sibling Patricia "Pat" Jones.Karen was born in Chicago, Evanston Illinois and was a true believer in Jesus Christ. She will be missed by her cats Billy, Cleo and Meja. As per Karen’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date at the First Church of the Nazarene. Private family burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery in the future. Those who wish to make a memorial donation in memory of Karen are asked to consider World Vision.
