Obituary of Gladys Ramsay

Peacefully, with family by her side, at the Dearness Home, on Sunday, June 21, 2009, in her 93rd year. Loving wife of Hugh for 71 years and mother of Betty (Gord) Anderson, Joan (deceased) (Andy) Gauthier, Margaret Cook, Dorothy (John) Worrall, Jim (Connie) Ramsay, Tom (deceased) (Karen) Ramsay & Ed (Deena) Ramsay. Lovingly remembered by her 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren & 4 great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Lloyd Evans and predeceased by sister Minnie and brothers Art, Herb, Fred & Albert. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Gladys & Hugh have lived a full life together of loving family & travel. Family & friends are invited to a Memorial Visitation which will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. A Private Family Service will be held in the Evans Chapel on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
