Very sorry to hear about Sadie's passing. I worked with Sadie during the early 1980's and I, as a young supervisor looked up to Sadie for her knowledge about catering, her never ending spirit and devotion to her job. Always a wonderful person whom I admirred greatly. I am sure she will be missed by all who where honoured to know her. Sincerely, Chris.
