Obituary of Ralph Edward Daniels

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Saturday, June 16th, 2012 after a short battle with cancer, Ralph Edward Daniels in his 79th year. Loving partner and husband of Anne (Munro, Heddington) for 34 years. Son of Mr. & Mrs. Ernest Daniels (1964) (1967). Loving Father of Terry, Bob (Jan), Brad, Tammy (Luis), Christine, Tracy (Ed). Loving grandfather of Mariah, Britni, Jeremy, Josh, Jacob, & Sarina. Stepfather of Debbie (Yvon), MaryLou (Peter), Donna, Pat (Don), Wendy (Rob), Jacquie (Bruce). Loving step-grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Thelma, Earl, Barb (Claude) & Beverly and brother in-law of Wendy. Uncle Ralph will be missed by his many nieces & nephews. Ralph will be sadly missed by his four legged ‘Buddy’ Tuffy. Predeceased by twin brother Ray (2004), brother Wes (1976), sister Pat Guest (1996) brother Leonard 5 wks old (1926) sister-in-law Bernie Daniels (2011) and son-in-law George Miller (2009). Ralph retired in 1998 after many years of driving transport. After retirement Anne & Ralph joined the Huff n’ Puff Seniors Assoc. and enjoyed several years participating in many sports activities. Family & friends are invited to a Memorial Service at EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 648 Hamilton Rd. on Thursday, June 21st, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Cremation has taken place. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Anne & family would like to thank all the many nurses and doctors who took care of Ralph through this journey at Victoria Hospital. We also thank our granddaughter Kelly Miller for all her help and support through Ralph’s sickness. I don’t know what I would have done without you by my side. I want to thank all my family & Ralph’s family for being there whenever I needed them and many thanks to our many friends & neighbors with their offers of help & support.
