Obituary of Hilda May Bossence (nee Fitt)

Peacefully, with family by her side at Middlesex Terrace Nursing Home, on Sunday, April 7, 2013, Hilda passed away one day after her 101st birthday. Beloved wife of the late Edward Theron Bossence (1969). Loving mother of Barbara (the late Stan) Firth, Linda (Murray) Ratz, Jean (Don) Doucet, Stephen Bossence (Mari Goral), Donna Munroe and predeceased by sons Ronald and Robert and daughter Shirley. Cherished grandmother of several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Hilda’s family would like to give a "Special thanks to all the staff at Middlesex Terrace Nursing Home for their exceptional love, care and kindness shown to our Mom over the past 7 years". Funeral service will be held at Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.) on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. (Visitation will be held one hour prior). Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society will be appreciated by the family.
