Obituary of Linda Jean Smith (nee Trotter)

Suddenly, at home, on Monday, November 10, 2014, Linda passed away in her 61st year. Loving wife of Rick and mother of Sherry-Lynn & Shawn. Cherished "Nan" of Kyle, Riley, Dakota & Cassandra and great-grandmother of Lily-Mae. Beloved daughter of Les & the late Olive Trotter. Dear sister of Carolyn (Paul), Brenda (Larry) & Joyce. Predeceased by brother Billy. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Linda devoted her life to her husband, children, grandchildren & family and will be remembered for her love of Elvis and cheering on her Toronto Maple Leafs. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Monday, November 17, 2014 from 1-2pm. Funeral service will follow in the Evans Chapel Monday at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
