Obituary of Clifford Allen Thar

Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at Parkwood Hospital on Wednesday August 2, 2006. Clifford Allen Thar in his 80th year. Loving husband of Freida and father of Judy (Norman) Durham, Carol (Larry) Tillotson, & Brenda Nicol. Cherished grandfather of Gerald (Lisa) Durham, Lisa (Rick) Levesque, Cheryl (Jason) Latimer, Melanie Tillotson (Shawn), Melissa (Dan) Tussuzian, Melinda Tillotson (Craig), Jennifer Nicol & Jessica (Brett) Broadfoot. Lovingly remembered by many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers Ken, Harry, Jim, Jerry & Peter. Also survived by numerous nieces & nephews. Family & friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton) on Friday from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Evans Chapel on Saturday August 5, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Don Howard officiating. A private family interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkwood Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care Unit or Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
