Obituary of Blake Frederick Davidson

Suddenly, at home, on Tuesday, September 5, 2006, Blake Frederick Davidson in his 68th year. Loving husband of Barbara “Dolly” (nee McDonald) and father of Judy Adams (Shawn) & Daryl (Brenda). Grandfather of Naomi, Sasha, Brandon, Michael & Johnny, and great-grandfather of Tyler, Ella, Damien & Ryan. Dear brother of Glenn (Jackie), Scotty, Alan, Howard (Ronalda), Otis (Gabriella), Elva Smith & the late Bill Davidson. Brother-in-law of Marguerite. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Blake was born in Carroll’s Crossing, New Brunswick, in 1939 and worked for the City of London, ON, for many years. Friends will be received at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton Rd. (1 block east of Egerton), on Thursday from 6-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Evans Chapel on Friday, September 8, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. with The Rev’d Peter Leonard officiating. Interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
