Obituary of Louis Buzanis

It is with much sadness that our family announces the passing of a beloved father, Louis Buzanis of London in his 80th year on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at L.H.S.C. Victoria Hospital. Louis was a long standing member of the Greek Community and Council of London. Beloved husband of the late Catherine (Katerina) Buzanis. Dear father of Georgina & Ron Krug and grandson Matthew of Windsor, Sophie & Ron Jorgensen and granddaughters Cassie and Niki of Mississauga and Frank Buzanis of London and Peter Buzanis of Leamington. Survived by brothers & sisters Chris & his wife Georgina Buzanis and Jim Buzanis all of London, Noula & her husband Constantinos Arvanitis of Stratford, Alexandra & her husband John Gitzias & Georgina Kourvelos all of Greece. Sadly missed by many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by his parents Fotios & Georgina Buzanis and brother Bill Buzanis. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne St.) on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W. on Monday, December 18, 2006 at 1 pm with Father Elias Drossos officiating.
