Obituary of Margaret Ann Howell

Margaret Ann Howell (Morrow) died peacefully in her sleep with family at her side on December 22, 2006, in her 81st year. Predeceased by her parents, Murdoch Arthur Morrow & Alberta Jane Morrow (Brookes), of Happy Valley, B.C. Survived by her four children: Peter, Alison Kohner (Alex), Lesley Purdom (Chipman) and Fraser (Ellen); eleven grandchildren: Alexander, Mackenzie, Andrew, Madison, Sawyer, Brooke, Colston, Tatum, Charlotte, Daisy and Piper; and her sister Sylvia Coleman of Victoria, B.C. A giving individual with an unfailing desire to help those in need. Marg was a devoted mother, enthusiastic teacher and dedicated volunteer. A lover of nature and the outdoors, she lived near the Sifton Botanical Bog in London, Ontario, for more than four decades. Her beloved bog was a peaceful sanctuary providing immeasurable joy, comfort and inspiration throughout the years. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2007, at St. Aidan’s Anglican Church, 1246 Oxford St. W., London.
