Obituary of Catherine Nicole (Catie) Forget

It is with great sadness that the family of Catherine (Catie) Nicole Forget (nee Moffat) of St. Thomas announces her passing on Tuesday, August 1st, 2006 at Victoria Hospital due to a motor vehicle accident in her 37th year. She is the beloved wife of Jason Forget; loving daughter of Peter Moffat of London and Linda Moffat of Port Rowan and much loved sister of Angela Carey and niece Eilish of London; precious daughter-in-law of Sandy Forget and Rick Corin, of London as well as Robert and Cheryl Forget of Chatham sister-in-law of James Forget, Shalyn Corin and Andrew Venning of London and Amanda and Michael Forget of Chatham. Also survived by her grandparents David Moffat of London and Mary Stephenson Larivee of Tillsonburg and many loving aunts, uncles & cousins. Predeceased by grandmother Margaret Moffat of London and grandfather (Bumpa) John E. Stephenson of Tillsonburg. The family wishes to thank the heroic efforts of off-duty officer Dan Bailey assisting at the scene of this tragic event. Visitation at the Logan Funeral Home, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo and Colborne), London on Tuesday from 7-9 pm with a Memorial Service being held on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 2 pm with Rev.
