Obituary of Kyriakoula "Koula" Kostakos

Peacfully on Sunday, March 15, 2020 with the love of her family at LHSC, University Hospital, Kyriakoula "Koula" Kostakos went to be with her beloved husband the late Kyriakos "Charlie" Kostakos at the age of 92. Loving mother to her sons John (Georgia) and Chris (Tina). Adoring Yiayia to her grandchildren Sophie & Irene and Sonia (Kandyce) and their daughter Payton, Kyriakos, and Anthony and their mom Anna. Greatly missed by her sister Fotini. Predeceased by her siblings George, Thansi and Afrodite. Koula was born to Christos & Arianthi Melonakos of Molaoi, Sparti, Greece in 1927. Koula arrived to Canada in 1957, where she met and married her only true love Charlie. Koula will be fondly remembered by her many, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A private funeral service has taken place. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London, ON. Those who wish may make memorial donations to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in memory of Koula.
