Rene and I were greatly saddened by David's passing. He was a good friend of long standing. I remember the happy times that we spent with the Sheinbaum family with my late wife Ori Medzon. In our younger days David and I played tennis and golf. In later years I enjoyed discussing his university courses. At all times I could rely on his contrarian views with much amusement. It is with sadness that I have recently lost David and other good friends who I will not forget.

Naomi Thinking of you in a time of loss for both of us. But I also find myself smiling with the fondest of memories of our time together in the old history office at Beal - you, Wayne and crew, teasing, arguing with affection and such respect.

Dear Naomi Sam and I send our condolences on Davids passing. He was such an intelligent and interesting man. He was an amazing role model for us as he continued his education well into his later years. We always enjoyed our Yiddish group with David Especially as our conversations deteriorated into English so that we could better discuss the issues of the day Our deepest sympathy Mina and Sam Sussman
