Obituary of David Gilbert Rowe

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of David G. Rowe, on July 28th 2021 at the age of 86. Loving husband of Agnes Rowe for 61 years. Beloved father of John (Sylvie), Jeffrey (Mihaela), Joel, Janice (Peter) and predeceased by James "Jamie" (Diane). Best grandpa to Jordan (Sarah), Colton, Jonathan, Candice, Austin, Erin, Roland, Adam, Mason, Justin (Carolyn), Jake, Olivia, Christopher, Stephen and great-grandpa to Ellie and Jack. Brother of the late Audrey, Doris, Margaret, Olive, John, Winston and survived by sisters in-law Mary Hendry and Marilyn Rowe. David will forever be in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. David will forever be known as the Karaoke King who devoted his time to the Eagles. He was the Jack of all trades who took on any and every project. David loved practical jokes, pulling pranks on his loved ones and never missed a chance to stir the pot. There is nothing David loved more than spending time with his grandchildren. He made every single one of them feel special and never failed to celebrate their accomplishments. David touched the lives of everyone he met and his legacy will forever live on. Visitation will be held at the LOGAN FUNERAL HOME, 371 Dundas Street (between Waterloo & Colborne St.) on Tuesday, August 3rd from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A celebration of David's life will be held in the Logan Chapel on Wednesday, August 4th at 1:00 p.m. Those who wish to make a memorial donation in memory of David are asked to consider The Fraternal Order of the Eagles Club (500 First Street London, ON).
